This paper was written by David Jones and Eric Schneider. They are going to present it at ACCE 2016. The paper asks the question, what if the technologies we use in education were more flexible and adaptable to the uses and needs of teachers and students.
A study reported in Campus Technology says that schools are doing little more than publishing content for a number of reasons. Many institutions of higher learning may never be able to deliver the rich learning experiences their students demand and may never catch up.
